A PROUD AND HISTORIC MOMENT FOR AIPSTEWA
My Dear Brothers & Sisters...As the Founder of the Association, I am feeling deeply proud and emotional at this milestone. From 2019 to 2025, we walked a tough path, facing neglect, discrimination,denial of rights & rejection. But today, with the powerful support of Hon'ble NCST Member Shri Jatothu Hussain ji and your constant strength, we have turned our struggles into success.
NCST has officially recognized our voice:
a. Directed the Dept. to recognize our ST Association
b. Allowed limited trade union facilities
c. Ordered roster & promotion justice
d. Directed quarterly meetings with our Association
e. Demanded action on fake ST certificates
f. ST Liaison Officers & Grievance Cells to be established
This victory is not mine alone, it belongs to each of you. Without your belief, unity and support, I could not have achieved this. Let us continue this journey together with courage, unity and purpose. Our mission is not over, but today, we have made History...!
