1st ALL INDIA CONFERENCE OF ALL INDIA POSTAL ST EMPLOYEES WELFARE ASSOCIATION

A Historic Milestone: 1st All India Conference of AIPSTEWA

We are proud to announce that the 1st All India Conference of the All India Postal ST Employees Welfare Association (AIPSTEWA) was held on 08.12.2024 with great enthusiasm and unity at Engineer Bhavan, K.R. Circle, Bengaluru.

The event marked a historic moment in the journey of AIPSTEWA, bringing together postal employees from across the nation to discuss welfare, representation, and the path forward for Scheduled Tribe employees in the Department of Posts.

The conference was graced by Sri Jatoth Hussain Naik, Hon’ble Member, National ST Commission, who attended as the Chief Guest and addressed the gathering with his inspiring words and commitment to the cause of ST welfare.

We were also honoured by the presence of Sri Guguloth Ravi, Founder of AIPSTEWA, who also served as Chief Guest and offered invaluable insights into the association’s vision and future direction.

Distinguished dignitaries and dedicated members from Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Maharashtra Postal Circles actively participated in the conference, making it a grand success.

The conference reaffirmed our collective commitment to upliftment, unity, and the welfare of ST employees in the postal department.

Unanimous Election of National Office Bearers

During the historic 1st All India Conference of the All India Postal ST Employees Welfare Association (AIPSTEWA), the following members were unanimously elected to lead the association at the national level:

  • Sri M. J. SrinivasAll India President

  • Sri Gugulothu RaviAll India General Secretary

  • Sri Pulicheru NagarajuAll India Treasurer

These leaders bring with them years of dedication, grassroots experience, and a deep commitment to the welfare of Scheduled Tribe employees in the Department of Posts.

Their election symbolizes a unified voice and a strengthened resolve to ensure social justice, fair representation, and the empowerment of ST postal employees across India.
